Synopsis
A passing front will maintain strong winds tonight, resulting in southerly gales north of Reedsport. Winds quickly turn westerly overnight, then ease around sunrise. Steep to very steep and hazardous seas will persist overnight into early Friday with the highest seas north of Cape Blanco. A thermal trough returns Friday night, bringing the return of gusty north winds with steep to very steep seas possible through the weekend.
