Synopsis
A weak high pressure ridge will shift E of the region tonight. A cold front will approach from the NW Fri, move through the area Fri night, then stall S of the waters through Sat into Sun. High pressure will build into the area behind the cold front Sat into Sun, then shift NE Sun night. Low pressure will develop along the stalled front S of the area Sun night, then lift NE across the outer portions Mon and Mon night and just ahead of a strong cold front that moves across the waters late Mon and Mon night. The low then becomes absorbed into a deeper, broadening low across the Gulf of Saint Lawrence Tue into Tue night.
